What To Include

Include the tool or command you used, the domain or IP address you checked, the approximate time of the request, and what result you expected. For Microsoft Teams or Microsoft 365 Copilot issues, include your tenant name or tenant ID if you have it, the app surface where the issue happened, and whether the app was used in personal chat, group chat, a team, or Copilot.

Please do not send passwords, API keys, private certificates, or other secrets in support requests.
